No promises (because I don't personally know you or your worth ethic), but if you've been selling for less than 1 year, I typically see the biggest transformation from newer sales reps early on. Most sales managers are managing your pipeline and tracking your sales KPIs, and don't have sufficient time to sit down with you everyday and help you exactly where you need with your sales calls.
